I started this business after hearing stories from business owners of employees being hired who turned out to be harmful for their businesses, and finding out that these hires could have been avoided by doing a background check on the prospective employees.
Some of these stores came from people who are friends of mine with small businesses, and I wanted to create a company that made it easy for them to do background checks on prospective employees, so they could hire people with the confidence that the person could be an asset to the team.
